Separator component

When laying out a page, it is very common to want to separate blocks of content with a line. A lot of drag-and-drop page builders have a separator that you can drag onto the page and set the color, thickness, padding, etc. Currently, to accomplish this in Skuid, you have to create a wrapper variant and style it to be your "separator," then add a wrapper using that variant wherever you want a separator.
