Add Field Taggers to Output Filename for each Template

I have multiple document templates in one DocGen for Salesforce template and I want to add field taggers to each document template name so that they can generate with separate names. For example, I want to pair a Letter of Intent template with a Company Disclosure template and have them export as "Last Name, First Name - Letter of Intent - year.month.day" and "Last Name, First Name - Disclosures - year.month.day" I can achieve the "year.month.day" with field taggers and I can achieve the "Last Name, First Name" with field taggers, but I can't get the documents to export with separate file names in the middle portion to follow company document naming policies. We currently have everything exporting with just "Date" in place of the date and it's really annoying.
